Help Identifying replacement coil balance

Question

Could you please help me identify a comparable coil balance and accessories to the one in the attached image? I will need to replace the entire assembly on both sides of this window.

Sure thing. Your old pivot shoe looks like our 15-177, which is designed to work with the Series 152 spring. Look these two parts over and let me know what you think.
