Help On Identifying Parts

Hi There,

I am needing help on identifying replacement parts for a non-tilt balance for a window. The metal piece itself is 28" long. The Window has the intials "GP" on it. It's original construction windows from about 28 years ago. I have attached pictures of the ends. One of the pieces has a missing piece of plastic on the side, but I hope you can identify the parts that are needed.

Also, do you send replacement parts fully assembled? While I see it is fairly easy t for installing the rivet and the guides, etc. its not a preferable option.

It looks like I found 2720 stamped on it afterall (it was under a lot of dirt).

Hi Jeff. Check out our S380-28 or S385-28. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. If there's a stamp could of 2720 on the balance, you will need to select that for your stamp option. Let us know if you have any other questions.
