Help With Installation

I ordered Coil housing pivot, tandem coil housing and two new coils. My question is how to align up both coils (since one is stacked above the other) so that both of the hols in the coils can be secured in the frame via those holes. The top coil does not need stretched but I need to pull tension on the lower coiuld to pull it up to so hole on lower coil matches upper coil for attachment. I see no You tube video for that, only see video if installing one.   

(Emailed Diagram for 15-087.)  hanks but this does not answer my question.  Because one coil is lower than the other how do I line up (match up) the holes on both coils to enable me to secure the 16-024 into the holes on both coils. As you can see in my photo one coil is lower than the other, therefore the lower coil holes do not line up with the upper coil holes to allow me to attach the 16-024 bracket.  

So the lower coil (in 15-087 housing) is lower than the upper coil.  My question is still not answered. Putting the entire assembly in the window cutout, the lower coil is lower than the upper coil and more importantly behiund the upper coil. So I cannot see it (lower coil) nor acess it to raise it up to match holes of upper coil so I can install the mounting bracket into holes of both coils.. So how do you pull up the lower coil to match the upper coil mounting holes when whole asssembly is in the window track and ther lower coil is hidden behind and located lower than the upper coil?
