Help find door handle

Hello,
Please help me find a replacement door handle. I'm looking for something similar to Product Code: 82-069 but I need the hole spacing 4-15/16.

I tried 82-080 but the lever hole shape did not work on my door/handle. I have attached some pictures of my current door.

Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid we don't sell a handle set in this style with 4-15/16" hole spacing. You have an older type that isn't commonly seen anymore.

You have two options:

Drill new holes for the 82-069. It should be otherwise fully compatible with your mortise lock.
Use our 82-005 Surface Mount Handle Set. This will match your mounting hole spacing, but it will render your old mortise lock useless, since the Surface Mount Set has its own lock built into the 'surface' of the handle.
