Help find replacement parts

My casements operator can open the windows, but they can't close the windows. Please help me to find replacement parts. Thanks.

Thanks for writing in. This looks like either the 39-253RB or 39-439B operator. The difference between these two operators is explained in the video below. Take a look and compare with your old mechanism to determine which you have. In either case, either the 39-376 or 39-452 could be used as a new handle and cover.
