Help finding a part

I have tilt in windows and a couple have springs where the shoe has broken off. The only part number is shown on the attached label.

We'd be happy to help but we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end attachments intact to compare to our inventory.

Thanks, I am sending a picture of the bottom of the balance and the piece that connects to it on the sash.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The shoe in your second photo looks like our 15-014, which is usually (but not always) used on the Series 751 balance assembly. As for the pivot, see our 26-150 pair, which is a modern version of what you have here.
