We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to narrow down your options. If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. We'll also need to see the bottom fitting attached to the opposite end of the metal channel. Thank you!

It looks like you have either our S351-27, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-27, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 2640 spring strength option for your replacement balances.

The S390-27 has a 1-1/8" deep shoe as shown in the image included in our last response. Based on your information, you'll need the S390-27 (2640) channel balances for your repair.
