I need both right and left window balance as pictured, are you able to identify what parts I need and availability?

To further review for replacement options, are you able to show us a clearer picture of the pivot shoe that the coil springs attach to? Seeing the overall style will help us determine the Series you need. Thank you!

I attached the pictures, I also weighed the bottom sash and it weighed 26.5lbs

Thank you for the additional pictures,

Your balance resembles an older Simonton style that is no longer made. We recommend converting the the 15-259 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 159 coil springs. Please review the step by step video below that details the conversion and additional parts needed.
