Help identify the correct coil balance.

A home owner from Virginia says:
Hello,

Need help understanding coil balances.

First question.
I have a single hung window, sash weight is 19 lbs. Both left and right coil balances are broken. Should I purchase the 10 lbs. left and right? It says it can hold a window 19-20.99 lbs.?

Second question.
I don't know the name of this part, the rectangle peg that fits in the shoe cam (part of the sash), can you firm my size .1875 inches will fit?

Thanks

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Yes, coil balances are unique in that to determine the proper strength option, you would divide your sash weight in half. Assuming you have the Series 140 then the S140-10 would be a good choice for your 19 pound sash.

The other part you reference may be your pivot bar, but I can't be sure. Could we see a couple pictures of it? Can you also give me the dimensions of the pivot bar itself?
