Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2840 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

The bottom attachment on this appears to be roughly 7/8". Would the S380, with the 1" attachment, be sufficient for this the?

We do have a 7/8" deep 15-029 bottom attachment that we can have installed on your balances through a custom order. We'll just need to know how many you'd like to order, with the minimum order being two. Thank you!

Thank you! Do I need to call in to place a custom order? Is that achievable through the website or could I order the S380 and a 15-029 individually and swap the shoe out by pulling the pin and putting back into place?

You would certainly be able to purchase the S380 balances and the 15-029 shoe to swap with the original. You'd just need to purchase new rivets and a riveting tool. If you still want to go the custom route, you'd just tell us how many you need and we would send you an order link and price quote to place your order.

A custom order link would be wonderful for two balances setup the way we've been discussing.

Thank you so much!
