Window balance 27 4 Caldwell CM

The last image is not clear - my apologies. The text on the channel is: "27 4 Caldwell". I can't find anything else on inside or outside.

The length is 28" (yes 28 not 27)! It is 1/2" wide and 5/8" deep.

Kindly help to identify replacement channels.

I just noticed that the top shoe on S385 these has wings. But mine does not. I wonder if S350 might be closer to mine. Do you mind having another look at a photos to help confirm, please?

I finally ended up using S350-28. The original one was rated for higher weight but I measured the weight of the windows on a home balance and based on that went with one that was rated lower, i.e. 2730. And now windows are far easier to operate, too.
