Need help identifying which part to order. The stamp on the balancers says 27D but it doesn't look like the one on your website. These are non-tilt windows.
Also, is there a way to convert them to tilt windows?
Help identifying balance.

It's tough to tell what you have from these photos since your nylon attachments are so damaged, but this could be either our S380-28 or S385-28, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. I highly recommend using an undamaged version of this balance as a reference. The stamp would be 2740, which is the modern equivalent of your 27D.
