Help identifying channel balance replacements

Hi, I need to buy left and right channel balance replacements for one window. Channel length is 29." The only marking on this balance is the stamp "28R." I assume from other posts that this is a series 380 or 385, but I don't know how to verify which shoe is attached to the bottom of the balance. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the post. You'll need our Series 380 balance. This balance comes with a 15-005 bottom shoe attachment that has a depth of 1" (The Series 385 shoe has a depth of 1-3/32"). Since your channel measures 29" you'll need the S380-29 with the spring weight option of 2820. This corresponds with the stamp on your balance that is actually "28B". Let us know what you think.
