Thanks for posting! Your balance looks like it could be the Series 377 Channel Balance with a 19-018 top guide and a 15-005 bottom shoe. Since yours is 21" you'll need the S377-21 with a 2020 stamp.

Thank you for your reply Jasmine. Are the 2 clips 16-002 and 16-023 serving the same purpose being just from a different materials? Thanks Martina

Hi Martina,

I'm happy to help. These take out clips do not function the same in the window. They also have different measurements.

It is best to replace the clip with what is already existing in the window.

Thank you Jasmine. I already placed the order for the balances but have one more question. I need to replace couple of Awning Window Crank Operator. Can you please helo me identify the correct model? Thank you
