Help identifying replacement channel balances

A home owner from SW Florida says:
Need help identifying replacement channel balances. See pictures. Current one is marked UB 28D. Metal part of balance is 29" long (not including plastic ends). Non-tilt window. 1/2" width. Window is large at 50" wide by 31" high.

Thanks for posting. Please see our S380-29 channel balance. I believe this can work for you as a replacement. I'd also recommend our 2840 stamp option for sashes that weigh 23 through 28 pounds. You may want to weigh your sash to confirm that this is correct.
