Help identifying replacement parts for double hung window

Thanks for reaching out to us. The S795-26 with the 26C stamp option looks like a match. However, this must be a custom order since yours uses the 15-198 hook for installation. Depending on the shape of the hole the hook inserts into, there might be a workaround. Can you show me a photo of that?
It looks like the hole at the top of the very top of the window track is square-shaped. We're used to this hole being more centered in the window track but I wonder if it could just be a trick of the angle. With that said, have a look at the 26-200 screw plug along with the video below and see if you think this could work for you.
