Your balances appear to be either our S160 (1/2" width) or our S165 (3/8" width) coil balances. To confirm which one you have you'll need to measure the width of your coils.

To recommend a proper replacement for your pivot bar, I'll need to see an undamaged pivot bar removed from the window.
