Your balance shoe resembles the 15-087 housing pivot shown below, which would use the S180 coil springs, 15-086 tandem housing, and 16-024 or 16-031 mounting bracket. I would recommend removing your balance assembly from the window to confirm that the specifications of our parts match up to yours. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!

It does look like the parts that we mentioned match up to yours as long as the dimensions are the same. As for the coils, it looks like your originals are stamped with 4, which would be replaced by the S180-4. We also offer the S180-8 if you want to use only one coil on each side, which would support the same amount of weight as using two S180-4 coils on each side.
