Help me identify?

Lock seemed to break and got stuck in locked position. No markings on any part of this assembly. Looks like a multi point lock but only utilizing one lock?

Hello! It looks like you have our 82-265 mortise lock and 82-086 keyed handle set. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your current hardware to make sure everything matches.

Part number looks like mine, however, dimensions are different. Mine is 9 1/2" from top of mortise to bottom. See photo. What part # do I need?
I think this may be a jeld-wen but can't be %100 sure.

Thanks
Neil

Thanks for getting back to us, Neil. Would our 82-239 be a closer match? The total height is still a little tall at 9-7/8", but it is the best option we have.

I think the 82-239 looks like a better match, however, I only have one of the notches for the lock.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say you only have one notch. Can you clarify what that means? How does that prevent our 82-239 from working?

Please also note that the handle you show in these photos is not the same as what was originally recommended for the customer who started this thread. You would need something like the 82-030 to replace that.

If your 82-230 has the same measurement between the two mounting screws as mine (4") and it works with your 82-239 then it might work. You do not have the measurement between mounting screw holes on 82-230.

We don't have a product with the code "82-230." If you're referring to the 82-030 that I recommended, then the hole spacing is 3-15/16", center to center. You can see that on the 82-030 store page, too.
