Help me my Windows

A home owner from Chicago says:
I have few windows with the arm showing in the pictures below.

I rarely open my windows because the plastic wheel on the arm keeps coming off from the rail attached to the window. I already had an incident (the wind blew the window wide open and broke it on the impact). I replaced one of the arm but the little plastic wheel is not strong enough to keep it in place. would you have something else that is stronger than those single arms?
I would really appreciate your recommendations.

Thanks for writing in. Take a look at our 39-412 and 39-413. Look over the dimensions to see if these could replace your old operator. Let me know what you find.
