Hello,

I have to replace the part in the picture and I have no idea how to call it...

On the part there are the following markings:

27 4
B.S.I
0L

What should I order from SWISCO?

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-28 or S385-28 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2740 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Hi Casey,

Thank you for your message. I just measured and it is 1". So, now I am going to order the S380-28 with the 2740 spring strength options. Sorry for my following question, but I am really ignorant about the field: Is the spring already installed, or do I have to assemble everything?

No problem. Our balances come fully assembled with the pulley, spring and end attachment as shown on the item's product page. Please elt us know if you have any other questions.
