Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 152 Coil Balances. All these components are sold separately. For replacement coil springs, you'll need to choose a spring weight, which designates the strength of each coil spring. Look for stamps on the old coils that indicate this. if there are none or you're unsure, please give me the exact weight of the window sash, and I can work out what you need.

Do you have any tips or instructional videos on removing/replacing the coil balance shoe #15-177? In particular I am needing to know the steps to unfastening the coil from the shoe and retaining it while installing the new shoe in the track. I hope I am making myself clear enough for you to give a response. Thank you, Steven Mills

Sure! We don't have an instructional video on this exact part, but I'll share a couple below that will still be helpful. While the products featured are different, the process of removal is identical as it would be for your application.
