Help needed with window ID and balancers

Professional from Oxford, PA
Good day,
I did an inspection for a customer of mine with clear balancer issues and they need to be replaced.  Not sure if you can help ID the window or balancers, but I have attached the photos I took and here are my notes.  Not sure if you need anything else and have no way of weighing the sash at this time, sadly.   50/50 Double hung window, wood inside, aluminum exterior.  No glass etchings, no codes on warm edge spacer between glass, no product ID or serial #.  However, the vertical rail on lower sash is @27-3/8".   Visible glass measure is 31-1/8" across x 23-1/16" high.   Vertical side jamb length from sill to head is @ 52-1/2".   I believe it is a Hurd window, pressure.   Also looking for weatherstripping for top and bottom of sash rails.  It slides into kerf.    Looking for top and bottom balancers and WS.   Thanks!

Hey there,

The balance you are searching for is a jambliner spring balance. I'm afraid we would only be able to provide you with a replacement for the shoe attached to the bottom of your balance. It is the 15-104 Caradco Friction Shoe. Our best suggestion for obtaining a replacement for your balance would be to reach out to your nearest mill work.

In regard to the weatherstripping, there is a chance we can provide you with a replacement for it but I'll need to see a clear photo of the end profile view to identify it.
