A home owner from California says:
Hi,
I?ve already ordered the wrong window channel so I?m trying to avoid making the same mistake twice! The stamp on my part is: 27-5 LX CMC 11. Would love any advice! Thanks.

Thanks for posting. Based on your photos, it looks like you have our S385-28 channel balance with a 2750 option. This balance has a 28" long metal channel and comes with our 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom. As long as those details match up then you should be fine.

Tom!!!!!
I have this exact set of #'s on my non-tilt channel balance. I need to replace for 3 windows. Am I reading your response correctly; it comes with the top and bottom pieces already in the channel? The other customer's photos look the same as mine. I cannot take my end pieces out. They are riveted in.

All of our balances come fully assembled and ready to install out of the box. That includes the top and bottom nylon fittings.

Just make sure those nylon fittings are the same size as yours. Don't depend on the stamp to identify your part; that's not a product code or anything it just indicates the calibration of the spring. I highly recommend getting measurements to be sure.
