I need the spring assembly. I need 1 set of 2 please.
I also need the 2 cover pieces thank you

Hello,

Thanks for writing in! I'm confident we can recommend a replacement for the window balance. Please confirm that the length of the channel is 27" and the balance has a 27C stamp on it.

Also, does this balance install at the top of the window using a clip or a screw?

In regard to the cover pieces, are you looking for replacements for the nylon balance covers? If so, unfortunately, we are not able to provide a replacement match for them.

Yes it is 27c stamped on it
And yes it attaches to the top with a screw.

Perfect! Your balances can be replaced with the S770-27 with a 27C stamp. If you are in need of a replacement for the shoe, please take a look at the 15-046 Pivot Shoe. Be sure to remove it and compare the width and thickness to confirm it is a match. The specifications can be found on the website.
