Help replace Commercial Door Pivot

Question

I have a commercial glass metal door, which the pivot turns bad. I would like to replace but don't know correct parts. From outside coming in, door is opened to right. From inside leaving out, door is opening on left.

I have enclosed some pictures of the hinge (top and bottom)

Hi there, and thanks for contacting SWISCO. Look at the 79-127 commercial door pivot set. This looks like the one you need. But compare it to yours to be 100% sure.
