Hm... it looks like your top attachment has wings, while the bottom does not. This makes me think it could be our S395-27. You may want to carefully go over the 19-005 and 15-001 attachments that come with the Series 395 balances to be 100% sure. Check both sides for wings, and compare the measurements from the back of the heel to the front of the toe of the bottom balance shoe.
