Help replacing Pennco window balance

I need the same balance you guys did for Pennco windows in the below post(S770-34 with the bottom clip swapped out for your 62-105 hook) except I have one sash that weighs 21.6lbs and another that weighs 28.2lbs. I require one for each sash...Can you send me a Quote?
