Help replacing sliding glass doors handle

I was wondering if you have ever seen this type of door handle and locking mechanism.

Hi, Steve. I have seen this handle set before, but it has been discontinued for a long time. There's no confirmed replacement to my knowledge. I recommend using a surface mount handle set like our 82-005 to replace it, though this will likely require drilling new installation holes.
