Help spiral balance replacement needed

I would recommend starting by comparing the S500 and S400 spiral balances to your assembly removed from the window. The determining factor would be if the housing tube has a diameter of 5/8" or 3/8". You can also find the mounting brackets that attach the spiral to the sash under the related items section of our balance product pages. Thank you.
