Help to Identify channel balance

A home owner from South Florida says:
I think I have a 24" channel balancewith 2320 stamped on back. It looks to be a S395-24. The top of the spring looks like it attached lower down than the photo on the 24" Series 395 Channel Balance page.

Thanks for posting. Since both nylon fittings have wings, or tabs on their sides, this looks more like either an S380-24 or S385-24 to me. The only difference between these two balances is the nylon shoe depth, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case you'll want a stamp option of 2320.
