Help to identify simonton

Could you help with this? My window measures 42"x28" for a single section. I need to replace the pivot lock shoe and coil spring assembly.

It appears you have an older Simonton balance assembly that is no longer made. We recommend converting to the 15-259 pivot shoe and series 159 coil springs along with the 26-083 pivot bar.
