Help w/ identifying window crank -- looks very similar to your 39-028

I've attached 4 photos of the old casement crank operator I'm trying to replace. It looks very similar to your #39-028. The mounting holes are perfect, the 9/16" diameter wheel at end of arm is perfect. The only difference may be in the length of the actual operator arm. The only markings I found on my part are the letters RH and the number 40065.

I'm not clear on exactly where to measure the arm length so I can't give a solid measurement. Please let me know if you have an operator the same as 39-028, but with a slightly longer arm.

Thanks for writing. Unfortunately we carry nothing with the exact straight arm length you're showing. I think your best bet to replace this operator is our 39-027E and 39-028E. I don't know if anything else we carry will replace this old operator. It's better to go with a shorter arm (9-1/2" in this case) than longer, since the worst that can happen in the case of a shorter arm is that your window won't open up an extra couple inches. Worst case scenario with a longer arm is that the window won't close an extra couple inches, which is of course no good at all.

You may also need a new handle and track. See our 39-114L handle and 39-533 track.
