Help with 28C BSI window balance replacement

Question

Hello. I’m trying to order 2 replacement window balances, but can’t seem to find the exact same item.
I’ve attached photos.
The balance track is stamped 28C BSI VNThe track is 28” long and a 1/2” wide.
It appears to be a block and tackle type.
The pivot shoe is approx an inch wide.
The top connector is a hook
The hole in the window frame is too big for a screw.
I would like to order two of them.Any help would be appreciated.Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out! Your balance is the S795-28 with a 28C stamp. The 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment has to be added to the top of them, so I'll need to provide you with a quote to place the order.
