Help with Balance

Question

Looking for help with locating replacements for Block and Tackle Rods.
The plastic holding the spring on the top has broken.
In length the rod is about 28 1/4"
It is a 1" shoe
The string itself is 34"
The plastic reads PAT #5.737.877
I don't see any other writing on the piece.

Thanks for posting! Your balances appear to be the discontinued crossbow style balance. These have been converted to use our Series 795 Channel Balances.

To confirm that these balances will be a situatable replacement, you'll need to confirm the dimeter of the spring tube. This measurement should be 1/2"; please let me know if it is 3/8" as this will need to be a custom assembly.

When obtaining the length of the balance, did you obtain this length from a damaged balance? If not, you will need to find an undamaged balance to confirm the length. If you do not have one, I'll need to know the measurement for the height of the visible glass, only the glass you can see.

Please also include a photo of the hook/clip at the top of the balance as well as the installation hole that this hook/clip connects to.

The last piece of information I'll need is the exact weight of the window. I'll need this to determine the correct stamp option.
