Help with Replacement Parts

Question

I have a single hung (top sash does not move) window. the south facing windows have had the plastic balancer weakened by the constant exposure to the sun's ultraviolet radiation. they fall apart and spring falls down and now the windows do not stay up. A couple of the tilt-in release latches have also broken. I need parts replacements
