Help with Shower Door Part

my shower door 4s were not working

I ordered parts to fix but one part was not working . I called and it seems that is attached to the door itself. . i think the part I NEED IS A NEW DOOR.

I recently had new parts installed for the shower There is a problem with one area Evidently the upper right hand (?) door needed a piece that is a part of rhe nglass panel of the door. The glass door is for aNeo angle38" shower door . Are doors available (facing the shower it is the right hand glass door)

The 10-071 roller is made for a neo-angle shower door. You'll need to add the 10-073 bracket for your installation. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you.

Do I have to order screws (if so what number) also can i orderor receive the guide for installation).

Unfortunately, the installation bolt used with this bracket was discontinued. This could still work for you if you can reuse the original screw. See the guide below to assist you.

I ordered the shower door roller support 10-073 and 10-073 to the sliding right hand sliding door ofthe shower only to get youreplywhich saidthat the installation bolt for theroller assembly was no longeravilable . I thinkthe installers did not save the screws (bolts )whenthe took the old assemblyoff.
Can you sggest a subsitite . Shower door is a 38" neo angle

I entered an error in my latest post. I ordered 10-071 and 10-073 and 8 machine screws 33-113 How do I compensate for the no longer avalable screw Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your patience as we checked on this for you. I'm sorry to say that we were unable to locate a comparable replacement for the fastener used with the 10-073 support. We also do not have any other workarounds for this repair. We apologize for the inconvenience.
