Help with an operator

Hello,

I ordered part #39-317 and 39-318.

Here are the pics of the part I'm trying to replace. Old part measurements as follows:
9" arm length
crank assembly size is 5 1/4"L X 1"H X 2 1/2"W

Parts sent are similar but arm length is 1" too short.

Hello,

Your operator resembles the 39-221B shown below but it looks like the arms that attach to the sash may have detached from the base and been installed upside down. Take a look and see if you think that this may be the case.
