Hello,

It looks like you need the S795-26 channel balance with a 26C strength option and the 15-198 clip attached. We can supply this as a custom order since the 15-198 does not come with the stock version of this balance. We'll just need to confirm how many balances you need to send over an order link and price quote, with the minimum being two. Thank you!
