Help with identification

Question

I cannot find anything on the door or the rollers that indicate the manufacturer. I need to replace a pair of rollers for two bypassing doors (4 total). Any help would be appreciated...thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your roller looks like an older model used by "WT" Industries. Check the dimensions of the 81-020 roller to see if they match yours. We can't promise this will replace your old one, but see what you think.

If your housing is in good working condition, you might also consider simply replacing the wheels. Additionally, look into the 81-272 roller axle kit. Be sure to check the related videos on the website for more information.
