Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 15-177 pivot shoe, which uses the S152 coil springs and additional parts listed under the related items section of the product page, to your original hardware.

This assembly is commonly used with the 26-466 but you'll need to remove an undamaged pivot bar from one of your windows to confirm that the style and dimensions match up to yours. Thank you!

Hello
Your website is awesome! Super helpful
So I would need the coil bushing, cap & coil support barrel for one set for the coil balance shoe correct?
How does the coil itself attach to the barrel assembly set?
Is it self-explanatory once I see it, Lol
My existing white plastic barrel cap has an 8 on it does that mean each window would need 2-4# coils?
Thanks so much for your time,Lori

The coil would attach to the side of the pivot shoe with a screw. Also, you would need the barrel, bushing, and bushing cap in addition to your pivot shoe and coils to replace the full assembly.

As for the strength option needed for your coils, there should be a number stamped on the end of the metal coil once you remove it from the window that you can use to choose the corresponding strength option. If not, you'd need to weigh the window sash and divide the weight by the number of coils used to support it.
