Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us. I agree that our S380-26 or S385-26 would be what you want but I'm afraid I don't know what the depth of your bottom shoe is. That isn't something I can eyeball so you will have to measure as shown below and use your best judgement. It's also odd that your balances have different stamps. If they're from the same window, they should have the same stamps. With that said, we recommend you weigh your sash on a scale to determine the proper strength option. There's a chart under the product description on the S380-26 and S385-26 store pages that will tell you what option is best based on the weight of the sash.
