Help with identify shoe / correct SASH balancer

A handy person from Roseville, Califnorina says:
Hi. Could you please help me identify which SASH balancer I need to buy to replace these two balances. I was unable to determine the shoe size, I narrowed it down to either S380 or S385.

I havea: 25 4 DX CMC 11 and 25 3 DX CMC 7
Both measure 26 inch in length of metal channel, ½ inch width of metal channel
The top piece is winged in both balances. The shoe is also winged. I was unsure how to measure the shoe.

I will need to purchase 1 set of each. Thanks.

Hello!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I agree that our S380-26 or S385-26 would be what you want but I'm afraid I don't know what the depth of your bottom shoe is. That isn't something I can eyeball so you will have to measure as shown below and use your best judgement.

It's also odd that your balances have different stamps. If they're from the same window, they should have the same stamps. With that said, we recommend you weigh your sash on a scale to determine the proper strength option. There's a chart under the product description on the S380-26 and S385-26 store pages that will tell you what option is best based on the weight of the sash.
