Help with latches

I'm not sure if these latches are still available. What I have used in the past was our 91-183. It's not as tall as the one in your photo, but I got it to work all the same. What I did was install the 91-183 and then tapped up the bottom lift rail a little using a hammer to tighten up the gap. If you need to corners, take a look at the 95-191 and 95-249. These corners are used with Larsen storm panels, but I believe they can work on your storm sash.
