Help with replacement parts ID

I am trying to find a replacement for the following channel balance. The rail is 26" long, 1/2" wide, and is stamped: 25 4 KP Caldwell. Images of the rail and shoes are attached. It is out of a Phillips vinyl window in a modular home.

Thanks for posting! Before I can offer an applicable replacement for this channel balance, I just need to know a bit more information about the bottom attachment. Please take a look at our 15-004 and 15-005 channel balance shoes, and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-3/32" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which one more closely matches your own bottom attachment?

Thank you for pointing out the difference between the two shoe options. Mine is 1 - 3/32" so it must be the 15-004 option.

Thank you. In that case, please see our S385-26 channel balance. Based on your stamp, I would also recommend the 2540 stamp option. This can carry a window sash weight of 19 through 25 pounds. Does your sash's weight fall within this range?
