Help with the parts

I have vinyl tilt windows and these are the balance parts that came out of them. They are 30 inch windows. There was no tube around the spring. What replacement parts do I buy. I am at a loss.

Thanks for posting. These are called crossbow balances, and they are no longer made--however you should be able to replace them with our Series 795 Channel Balance. The video below takes you through this entire process.
