Help with top sash guides

I am ready to purchase the recommended S385-28 - option 2740 for my windows. I will be ordering 10 of these. I have realized I also need the top sash guides but cannot find a match.

We have two top sash guides that seem to almost match yours, our 18-052 and 18-176. Please compare them to your hardware and see what you think.
