Help with window part

Question

I'm looking to replaced 2 window balances in my dad's property. Enclosed are some photos I took. There is a number 1920 on the track, don't know if that helps. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi there Tai.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I recommend you take a look at the S351-20 and S390-20 channel balances. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below. You can also select the 1920 stamp option for your replacements.
