Help with window repair

A home owner says:
March 22, 2021
I purchased 26c window channels and pivot shoes, photos attached. Pivot shoes will not slide in current Comfort View window 32 1/2 w x 28 1/2 h tilt window. Window channel appears to not fit my pivot shoes that are currently in place, photo attached. Need help, Thanks Roger

This pivot shoe looks more like our 15-216, but remove it and compare to confirm.

Hey Roger. An added thought I want to clarify: you show in your window track what looks possibly like the 15-216, and then the pivot shoes you show out of the window are our 15-129; are the 15-129 what you purchased? I have no record of your orders from this email. 

Are the balances you show in your photos the old ones or the ones you purchased? The Series 770 Channel Balance, which is what you show, can work with the 15-216, but it usually uses a special type of clip, the 15-044, that has to be custom fitted. If these are the new balances in your photos, please let me see your old oens to confirm the clip they use.
