Helper spring assembly broke on window

Home Owner from Beaufort SC
Good morning, the assembly of one of the helper springs has broke and my window will now not stay in the up (open) position. Unfortunately I could not find a part or manufacturer number on the assembly, if their is any recommendations or if I can purchase one from your company it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Thanks for posting. Confirm that the length of the metal channel, not including the T-Lock Shoe, is 33" long. If so, see our S795-33. One issue is that our standard Series 795 balances connect to the window track via a screw-on clip, whereas your balance seems to have a hook instead. There's a few options we have to handle this. Can you show me a clear picture of the hole in the track that the hook attaches to? That will help us narrow down what you need to proceed. Also, can you show a close-up picture of the T-Lock Shoe? Many thanks.

Thank you for the response, I did verify that the track is 33 inches (not including the T-lock) I have attached the requested pictures. Thank you!

Hey there! Bob's out sick today, but I think I can help with this. That hole you show makes this a whole lot easier. Since it's a square instead of a slot, you can pop our 26-200 screw plug right in. That will allow you to screw out S795-33 to the frame as-is, no hook necessary.

Let me know if you have any questions!
