Hello. I have broken the plastic piece that holds the metal In the window jam that you put the bottom of your tilted windows in with the metal post that is on the actual window itself. I have sent pictures. Can you help me identify this or find Fix this?

Thanks for posting! The balance shoe you have is likely to be either the 15-195 closed cam or the 15-195B open cam 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe. You'll need to find an undamaged shoe to compare them and confirm which of them is the correct replacement.
These are used with the Series 795 Channel Balance.

Hello, I bought two of the 15–1 95. I hope I can figure out how to put them in the balances. Attached is a photo of the broken one.

Once you receive the shoes, take a look at the video tutorial below for instructions on how to install them. They are fairly easy to swap out.
